Terms of Service

• •You must maintain an active Shopify store and accept Shopify's Terms.
• •You are responsible for accurate store information and configuration.
• •Keep credentials secure and notify us of any suspected misuse.

  Subscription: Billed through Shopify Billing. Plan details and pricing are shown in the App Store listing.
• •
  Free Trial: If offered, charges start automatically after the trial unless you uninstall before it ends.
• •
  Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• •
  Refunds: Handled per Shopify's billing policies and applicable law.

• •On installation, you grant the API permissions requested to run pricing tests and reporting.
• •You can uninstall anytime from your Shopify admin; uninstalling stops data access and future charges.
• •After uninstall, we cease ongoing processing and delete or anonymize store data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

• ✗Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or misleading pricing.
• ✗Do not disrupt or degrade the Service or Shopify's platform.
• ✗Do not reverse engineer or access the Service via unauthorized means.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and brand assets. You retain rights in your store content and data. Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation.

Each party may access the other's confidential information. The receiving party must protect such information using reasonable safeguards and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• •These Terms apply from installation until uninstalled or terminated.
• •We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, with notice where feasible.
• •Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; intended survival clauses remain in effect.

We may modify features or fees. Material changes will be communicated via the app, our website, or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of business unless otherwise required by consumer law. Exclusive venue will be the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief.

  Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

  Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.

  Assignment: You may not assign without our consent; we may assign as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

  Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
